1. Create/compile COGM (Cost of Goods Manufacturing) 2. Analyze Fixed Cost, Variable Cost, Factory Overhead Cost and Cost of Production and Efficiency 3. Prepare reports for management 4. Review the results of production/waste in several units 5. Reviewing the stocktaking process at the end of the month 6. Able to prepare document for tax audit, external / internal audit 7. Have ability to manage and support all operation activity efficiently
Capability :
1. Education minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 2. At least 5 years in accounting with several years experience in managerial level 3. Experienced in FMCG companies is more preferable 4. Proven ability in handling COGM (Cost of Goods Manufacturing), including Stock Opname, Inventory Control, Bill of Material Calculation, and Costing 5. Understand the flow of costing procedures, production journals, master data, inventory journals, and target reports 6. Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Accounting Software 7. Analytical with good problem-solving abilities 8. Strong leadership skill
