1. Support and manage legal documents and submit notary documents 2. Checking and filing documents, including monitoring the expiration date of documents or legal permits 3. Updating legal document bank data 5. Support and process company documents specifically related to legal agreements or contracts 6. Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings 7. Investigate the details of cases, processing the needed file 8. Represent the company in legal proceedings 9. Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters 10. Able to prepare and review all legal document matters
Capability :
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Law 2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 3. Ability to negotiate and resolve disputes 4. Understand procedural delivery of files to the court 5. Understand the constitution in effect in Indonesia 6. English proficiency is a must
